Town

Construct buildings and prepare against enemy invasion! Upgrade them to get specific abilities for more advantages. Because you can only upgrade one building at a time (and the higher the level, the longer it takes), make sure to plan it well out or precious time would be wasted! Look for red highlighted buildings which means you meet the upgrade criteria and try to prioritise those at important levels such as from level 20 to 21 because the productivity increase is huge between these levels.

At the same time, upgrade your defenses to better defend your stronghold! Will you be able to plan victorious attacks and at the same time, build an unassailable town?

Knowledge

Knowledge can be a powerful shield and sword in Vikings: War of Clans. There are several aspects of Knowledge to study so as to increase the might of your Town and army. Economic knowledge gives you increased resource production. This includes faster lumber, stone, food, iron, gold yield and more!

Military knowledge improves offense, defense, health and other stats by percentages, and allows you to unlock better units such as executioners, fanatics and more. Espionage knowledge improves stats for scout units and Training knowledge reduces cost of unit training. The same ideas go to the remaining important knowledge such as Invaders, Heroes and Shamans.

Resources

While Norse Mythology can be found in popular culture (like Thor), it takes more than brave warriors to prevail. In Vikings: War of Clans, you will have to dive into the nitty gritty details and gather the 5 resources, Food, Lumber, Iron, Stone, Silver and Gold on resource spots and watch over their number on the top of the green. Store them in a vault so you will not lose them during an attack. You can also find mythology items of Viking origin from resource spots.

Clan struggle

Work together with other Jarls in a clan to take part in global events. Being a clan member means protection within your own clan as well as shared defenses and resources. Climb up the ranks in your clan and build a constructive community! Joining a clan also allows players to get boosts for building and knowledge upgrades.

But such protection doesn’t come free! If there are any Viking clan clash, be ready to take part in Vikings war as you fight against other player.
