  • 1 ½ pounds about 1 big broccoli crown write out into florets
  • 3 Tablespoons olive vegetable oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon gusto
  • strategic arms limitation talks and pepper
  • ¼ cup newly grated Parmesan cheese plus more to taste ( optional )

  • Move oven rack to middle position and preheat to 425 degrees F .
