  • Cayenne pepper
  • Canola or vegetable oil

How to Make Air Fryer Fried Chicken

Notes on Air Fryer Fried Chicken

How to store leftover fried chicken

Ingredients

Marinade

  • ½ wholly chicken cut into separate pieces ( breast, second joint, wing, and leg )
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup buttermilk

Seasoning

  • ¾ cup general-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon

    garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian season
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and hot sauce. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate anytime from 1-24 hours.

  • Whisk together general-purpose flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, italian temper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Set aside .
  • position a parchment liner in the Air Fryer basket .
