  • 1 cup + 1 Tbsp pancake mix
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk, room temperature
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla distill
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted, plus more for coating pan
