  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black capsicum
  • 1 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 3 tsp newly sage ( minced )
  • 3 tsp clean rosemary ( minced )
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves ( minced )
  • 2 tbsp fresh italian flat-leaf parsley ( approximately chopped )
  • 6-8 pound pork barrel shoulder
  • 1 cup chicken broth ( 3/4 cup – 1 cup depending on how much evaporates from pan )

Instructions
