  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon italian temper or dried marjoram

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea strategic arms limitation talks

  • 4 boneless pork barrel chops ( 1-inch dense )

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
